Finding the right therapist matters. This complimentary consultation gives you an opportunity to meet your therapist, briefly share what you're looking for, ask questions, and get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
There is no obligation to book a therapy session afterward—this is simply a chance to connect and decide what feels right for you.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy that can help people process distressing experiences and reduce the emotional intensity they continue to carry.
EMDR may be incorporated into regular or extended psychotherapy sessions depending on your needs, treatment goals, and readiness. Assessment, preparation, and pacing are always part of the process.
Available session lengths:
50 Minutes | $165
75 Minutes | $200
90 Minutes | $245
-
EMDR intensives offer extended, uninterrupted time for focused therapeutic work beyond the length of a traditional psychotherapy session.
An intensive may be appropriate when you want to focus on a specific issue or treatment goal, prefer a more concentrated format, or would benefit from additional processing time within a single appointment. Suitability for an intensive is considered collaboratively, with careful attention to preparation, pacing, and readiness.
Half-Day Intensive (4 hours) | $600
Full-Day Intensive (6 hours) | $850

Insurance & Direct Billing
Psychotherapy services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist are covered by many extended health benefit plans. Because coverage varies between insurers and individual plans, we encourage you to confirm your psychotherapy coverage directly with your insurance provider before beginning therapy.
Detailed receipts are provided following each paid session and can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
Direct billing is not currently available. We hope to offer direct billing to many major insurance providers in the future and will update this page as soon as this option becomes available.
Accessibility of Care
We believe financial circumstances should not create unnecessary barriers to accessing psychotherapy. A limited number of reduced-fee spaces may be available for clients who would otherwise be unable to access care at the standard session rate.
Availability is limited and may change over time. If cost is a barrier to accessing therapy, you're welcome to ask about current reduced-fee availability during your complimentary consultation.
If we're unable to offer a fee that meets your needs, we'll do our best to help identify other options or resources that may be more accessible.
Not sure which session is right for you?
You don't need to decide before reaching out. Your complimentary consultation is an opportunity to talk about what you're looking for and consider which option may best fit your needs.
